Die hier bereitgestellten branchenspezifischen OiRA-Tools können von Kleinst- und Kleinunternehmen für die Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen genutzt werden; sie helfen ihnen bei der Erstellung einer auf ihre Erfordernisse abgestimmten dokumentierten Gefährdungsbeurteilung. Die Werkzeuge können durch einen einfachen Klick auf den entsprechenden Link heruntergeladen werden. Zu jedem Link gibt es eine Kurzbeschreibung des Werkzeugs; außerdem ist der Name des OiRA-Partners angegeben, der es entwickelt hat. Die Werkzeuge können nach Land, Sprache und Branche durchsucht werden.

This tool is intended for micro and small companies to conduct their safety and health risk assessment. The tool focusses on waiters working in cafes, hotels, restaurants and similar spaces (indoors and outdoors), also including occasional work outside the employer's premises (e.g. at events). A broad variety of risks is covered including slips, trips and falls, ergonomic risks due to long standing,  uncomfortable working positions and manual handling of loads, psychosocial risks and much more.

The tool enables a risk assessment in all types of storages / warehouses, indoors, but also on loading and unloading of cargo in front of the outdoor storage, it includes dealing with forklifts. The tool has been tailor made for micro and small companies but is also suitable for larger companies who have warehouses in their workspace. A broad variety of hazards are covered like mechanical hazards when handling loads and forklifts, risks related to falls from height, microclimatic and climatic conditions (outdoor conditions, air drafts) as well as ergonomic risks due to manual handling and static postures.

The tool is made to assess the risk of working in the kitchen of a restaurant, bistro but also includes work done occasionally outdoors (events, etc.). A broad variety of hazards has been addressed, especially mechanical hazards while handling hand tools (risk of cuts), hazards from slips, trips and falls, thermal hazards due to handling hot objects, unfavorable microclimatic conditions, ergonomic risks due to long standing and bent body positions and due to carrying heavy loads (raw materials for food preparation, large pots, etc.), as well as psychosocial risks.
