Tässä tarjotut alakohtaiset OiRA-työkalut ovat mikro- ja pienyritysten käytettävissä, jotta ne voivat tehdä riskinarviointeja ja niitä voidaan auttaa laatimaan niiden omien vaatimusten mukaan muokattua dokumentoitua arviointia. Työkalut ovat vapaasti ladattavissa, ja niitä pääsee käyttämään helposti napsauttamalla asiaankuuluvaa linkkiä. Jokaisessa linkissä on lyhyt kuvaus työkalusta ja sen kehittäneen OiRA-kumppanin nimi. Työkaluja voidaan etsiä maan, kielen ja alan mukaan.

The tool is intended for house painters working in closed or semi-closed facilities (new construction / renovation) with tasks such as removing old paint, varnish and coatings from wood, wall or metal, preparing surfaces (sanding, smoothing) and applying a new layers of paint. A broad range of risks have been addressed including safety risks related to handling of sanding tools, falls from height due to the use of ladders and MSDs related to frequent bending and stretching.

This tool helps identify and evaluate risks when installing and repairing ceramic and other types of covers. It is intended mainly for small and micro-employers. This tool is intended for small employers, which are specialized to offer the service of building maintenance, to assess risks in performing such activities, as well as for larger employers for the purpose of making a risk assessment of the caretakers’ activities (for example, in retirement homes, schools, kindergartens, shopping malls, etc.).  It entails all hazards, harms and efforts, especially mechanical hazards when handling hand-held power tools, hazards of falls and collapses, hazards of electricity (for electricians), and psychosocial risks due to working with demanding clients.

OiRA buses and coaches has been developed for and by the sector. During the development of the Belgian tool 'buses and coahces', the potential risks associated with the sector have been analysed and have shown that companies and their workers need to be more attentive to the risks they incur. The tool is adapted to the specific characteristics of the sector, such as the bus as a working environment with specific attention to the safety and security of the driver, the depot, the garage, … In addition to identifying the risks, solutions are provided to manage them. The tool contributes to better and safer working conditions in the sector which will lead to healthy and motivated workers.

OiRA Construction has been developed for and by the construction sector. The tool is adapted to the specific characteristics of the sector, such as site work, subcontracting, the diversity of profiles of workers and activities, and special requirements in terms of security coordination. These risks are related to work done at height, exposure to noise, vibration and dust, the manual handling of loads and the use of hazardous products. OiRA Wood is the result of an intensive collaboration between FPS Employment, Labour and Social Dialogue, Constructiv, the FGTB, the CGSLB, CCS, Bouwunie the Construction Confederation and FEMA.
