This tool has been developed for and by the sector. The tool is therefore adapted to the very specific characteristics of the sector, such as the use of machines, dangerous products, specific work activities, etc. In addition to supporting companies with their risk assessment, the tool includes possible solutions for identified risks, considering ergonomic aspects, personal protection equipment, etc. The tool contributes to better working conditions in the sector, which in turn leads to healthy, motivated employees.

The OiRA tool for nurseries and primary education supports the mentioned establishments and/or the organizing body in pursuing a health and safety policy and conducting a risk assessment. This tool was created through intensive collaboration between the various education providers (GO! Education of the Flemish Community, Catholic Education Flanders, Provincial Education Flanders, Educational Association of Cities and Municipalities, Consultation Small Education Providers), the employee organizations of the education sector (ACOD Education, Christelijke Onderwijscentrale - ACV, Christelijke Onderwijzers Verbond, VSOA-Education), the Department of Education and Training and the Education Inspectorate of the Flemish government and the Federal Public Service Employment, Labor and Social Dialogue

During the development of the Belgian tool 'OiRA Immo’, the potential risks associated with the real estate sector have been analysed and have shown that companies and their workers need to be more attentive to the risks in their business. The tool is adapted to the specific characteristics of the sector. On the one hand there is an extensive module on office work, but on the other hand there are also modules with specific attention for the safety and health of employees who work on site (cleaning, management and maintenance of buildings). In addition to identifying the risks, solutions are provided to manage them. The tool contributes to better and safer working conditions in the sector which will lead to healthy and motivated workers.

OiRA buses and coaches has been developed for and by the sector. During the development of the Belgian tool 'buses and coahces', the potential risks associated with the sector have been analysed and have shown that companies and their workers need to be more attentive to the risks they incur. The tool is adapted to the specific characteristics of the sector, such as the bus as a working environment with specific attention to the safety and security of the driver, the depot, the garage, … In addition to identifying the risks, solutions are provided to manage them. The tool contributes to better and safer working conditions in the sector which will lead to healthy and motivated workers.
