Les outils sectoriels OiRA présentés ici sont mis à la disposition des micro- et petites entreprises pour procéder à des évaluations des risques, en les aidant à produire une évaluation documentée spécifiquement adaptée à leurs exigences. Ces outils peuvent être téléchargés gratuitement et sont facilement accessibles en cliquant sur le lien correspondant. Nurseries and primary education

The OiRA tool for nurseries and primary education supports the mentioned establishments and/or the organizing body in pursuing a health and safety policy and conducting a risk assessment. This tool was created through intensive collaboration between the various education providers (GO! Education of the Flemish Community, Catholic Education Flanders, Provincial Education Flanders, Educational Association of Cities and Municipalities, Consultation Small Education Providers), the employee organizations of the education sector (ACOD Education, Christelijke Onderwijscentrale - ACV, Christelijke Onderwijzers Verbond, VSOA-Education), the Department of Education and Training and the Education Inspectorate of the Flemish government and the Federal Public Service Employment, Labor and Social Dialogue

COVID-19

In 2020 during the onsets of the pandemic EU-OSHA has developed this tailored tool to support safe working conditions under COVID-19 restrictions. In 2021 this revised version has been published, now covering a broader range of activities and including more information on testing and vaccination. The interactive tool can help in identifying, assessing and managing the risks posed by COVID-19 and ensuring that workers come back to a safe and healthy environment. It includes information on how to handle crucial aspects like physical distancing and hygenic measures. It further covers a range of situations, including what to do if a worker has COVID-19 symptoms, travelling to and from work safely and managing external service providers.

Audiovisual Productions

Employees, crews, performers and all other staff involved in audiovisual productions are constantly exposed to risks that can lead to injuries and other health repercussions. This tool is intended to anyone who aims to assess the health and safety risks related to audiovisual productions such as feature films, short films, documentaries, television series, commercials, video clips, video art, virtual reality and so on. The EU OiRA tool is the result of the project titled “Developing an Online Interactive Risk Assessment tool for film and TV productions” and was developed in a cooperation between the European Social partners of the sector, the European Coordination of Independent Producers (CEPI), the International Federation of Actors (FIA), the International Federation of Film Producers Associations (FIAPF), the International Federation of Musicians (FIM) and UNI Europa - media, entertainment & arts and with the support of EU-OSHA.

Secteur de l’immobilier

L’Outil OiRA pour le secteur de l’immobilier a été développé pour et par le secteur. Au cours de la phase de développement, les risques possibles dans le secteur de l’immobilier ont été analysés. Il a été insisté sur le fait que les entreprises actives dans le secteur devaient avoir davantage conscience des risques auxquels leurs employés et elles-mêmes sont confrontés. L’outil est également adapté aux caractéristiques très spécifiques du secteur. D'une part, il y a un module complet sur le travail de bureau, mais d'autre part, il y a également des modules avec une attention particulière à la sécurité et à la santé des employés qui travaillent sur site (nettoyage, gestion et entretien des bâtiments).En plus d’identifier les risques, cet outil propose des solutions visant à maîtriser ceux-ci. Il contribue à l’amélioration des conditions de vie au travail dans le secteur, ce qui a une influence positive sur la santé et la motivation des travailleurs.

Il a été insisté sur le fait que les entreprises actives dans le secteur devaient avoir davantage conscience des risques auxquels leurs chauffeurs et elles-mêmes sont confrontés.L’outil est également adapté aux caractéristiques très spécifiques du secteur, telles que l’autobus comme lieu de travail, la sécurité et la santé du chauffeur, le dépôt ou encore le garage.En plus d’identifier les risques, cet outil propose des solutions visant à maîtriser ceux-ci.Il contribue à l’amélioration des conditions de vie au travail dans le secteur, ce qui a une influence positive sur la santé et la motivation des travailleurs

The HORECA sector (hotel, restaurant, café) encompasses a wide variety of workplaces and workers from this sector are exposed to a series of occupational hazards. The most important risks relate among others to slips and trips, burns, hazardous substances and stress.Occupational safety and health (OSH) management is essential not only to create healthy workplaces but also to reduce costs and other negative consequences of work related accidents and sick leaves. Risk assessment is the cornerstone of OSH management and helps employers to identify the risks and take appropriate measures. Therefore, the Social Partners of the European HORECA sector, EFFAT (European Federation of Food, Agriculture and Tourism Trade Unions) and Hotrec (Association of Hotels, Restaurants, Pubs and Cafes) have developed together an OiRA tool to support small and medium sized companies in the proper management of occupational health and safety risks. The tool has been developed at EU level and serves as a basis when developing an OiRA HORECA tool at national level. Useful information on how the EU directives have been transposed into all national legislations can be found on the website of EU-OSHA.
