The Online interactive Risk Assessment (OiRA) community has grown to 18 national partners with a new Member State on board, Hungary.
The Hungarian Ministry of Technology and Industry has put in place an action plan which includes the development of 5 OiRA tools covering new sectors and the adaptation of 5 existing ones in line with Hungarian legislation.
Wide media coverage is foreseen to boost the promotion of OiRA amongst Hungarian small and medium-sized enterprises as an easy-to-use and reliable online tool to carry out workplace risk assessments. OiRA is foreseen to be on the agenda of several occupational safety and health (OSH) conferences planned for 2023 across the country.
Today, more than 300 OiRA tools are available in different languages and another 60 are under development. The partnership with Hungary will contribute to the current numbers of over 160 000 users and nearly 300 000 risk assessments implemented.
