OiRA verkfæri fyrir rafmagn er frábært verkfæri til þess að meta almennar áhættur sem fylgja því að vinna við rafmagn. Þetta áhættumat er aðallega ætlað í almenn rafmagnsverkefni og er hugsað fyrir lítil eða meðalstór fyrirtæki.
Verkfærið leysir ekki af hólmi flóknara áhættumat sem fylgir stærri verkefnum eða sérverkefnum þar sem öryggiskröfur eru mjög háar. En verkfærið er mjög gott grunn áhættumat fyrir þau fyrirtæki sem ekki hafa aðgang að áhættumati fyrir rafmagn.
