The aim of safety at work is to prevent risks, injuries at work, occupational diseases, work-related diseases and other material and non-material damage at work and in relation to work. The OiRA tool for bakers enables the development of a risk assessment, based on which measures are taken to eliminate or reduce them. It contains three modules, which guide the user through risk assessment in bakeries. Modules are dedicated to the following topics: organizing and implementing safety at work, workplace and activities. There is also the possibility for the employer to add specific risks observed by himself and not already included in the list.
